The Orangery staff made the wedding planning easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble. The Orangery is the perfect venue with a knowledgeable, kind and genuine team. The Orangery only holds 12 weddings a year and they like each couple to have their undivided attention in the run up to your day. There are very few venues that offer what they do - they are truly amazing!”

“Richard & Victoria’s wedding day was planned to perfection using the very best suppliers that Yorkshire has to offer. Richard proposed to Victoria on a holiday in Japan and according to tradition, folding a 1000 paper cranes gives a person a chance to make one special wish come true. Together the couple decided to make these cranes and display them on their wedding day. Their beautiful spaniels were also included in the ceremony as they felt it wouldn’t have been complete without them!”
